Sharing the practice
The Ashtanga Vinyasa system was developed in India, from the teachings of Sri T. Krishnamacharya. It is a great method for cleansing the body and mind and eventually taking us to explore different depths of being.

I share the traditional method, as I received. As silent as possible, so our breaths can become more present and every movement become more conscious.

Yoga is an endless journey. I teach to keep learning and practicing.
